yelambar of the players you mentioned only Casillas came through the youth system. The reason i say Madrid destroys careers is because there are a lot of examples, Owen was one of them, the most promising player to come out of England after Gascoine scored more goals...

yelambar He is a striker who currently plays for West Ham. He has scored around 7 or 8 goals so far in the league. Very good striker, tall & strong, will probably feature in the world cup for England.
