yellowcallalily my OB's prescription was metformin 500mg twice a day, though it's up to me whether to take it before or after meals. In my case, i do it after meals. maybe i should try taking it before meals like yours.

i was diagnosed with PCOS last year, i was put on metformin therapy and clomid, because my husband and i was trying to get pregnant. but i want to know if there is a cure or treatment beside just boosting the ovulation.
