youngwild No its not easy at all. I get nervous when I know that everybody is staring at me and I start to tense up. But when I see that I have their attention my nervousness goes away.

youngwild I would have to go with paper since its better for the environment, but killing the trees is not the best thing to do. Then i would say plastic just because its more handy. This is really a hard topic but I would go with the more environmentally friendly one....

youngwild What I do is listen to music. Music soothes me alot. Or i just sit down and write. Either in my journal or writing poetry. But when all else fails I just to hang with friends.
