Do you lose out of sleep because you're always on the computer

It's 2:30a.m. and yes I could be snoozing but instead I'm typing on my computer. It's just so entertaining. I spend well over 7 or more hours a day on my computer. I really did to cut back but I can sleep in since its Saturday.

loxion I normally wakeup at 5am and sleep at 00:00 midnight and all that time i spend online, looking for online money making opportunities ofcourse, but up until now i haven't find any site where i would say maybe i earn $50 a week or more, too bad
