yukonjoey take notes of whats on your mind right before going to bed. This will keep your mind from worrying about these things. This was recommended to me by a doctor for sleeplessness.

yukonjoey I think it gives the convicts an easy way out of their punishment. Life sentences work better because then they have to suffer for what they did.
