Nomincashout says my account is suspended but WHY?

I was near to $ 1 in Nomincashout and now when I am login in it says my account has been suspended. I don't know why can anyone tells me. It says that I can email them but to my great surprise their email address is unrecognized....

yves2009 I sent an email to NoMinCashout and received a quick reply from Andy at support team, meaning their email address is NOT unrecognized. Perhaps only emails from suspended users are blocked that's why. I do not want to conclude that all suspended users are...
