zachary2191 It depends on yourself ,u r the decision maker.and if it always make u uncormfortable when u watched it,then i think it's more advisable for u to abandon it,after all it should exsit to make u happy but indisposed.

zachary2191 I think it depends on the physical sports i've done.I would like to spend a longer time having a shower after a strenuous excercise.whereas a short time is ok.
