I love to drink tea (milk tea). I drink twice a day - at early morning and at evening. One of my friend tell me that tea made our skin complexion black. Is it true? Please share your ideas or views here about good or bad effects...

zenhabit I often drink in the afternoon(not milk tea,just tea).It's refreshing,but sometimes I can't fall asleep at night because effect of caffein lasts till then.I don't think tea makes our skin complexion black,I myself didn't feel it.
