How to lose fat of my leg

I am a boy and not fat, but my legs are fat. I want to make them thinning to look better. I run and swim a lot, but the result is not good. I lose weight after these exercises, but my legs are still fat and I am still shapeless....

zheyancindy every day , give your leg a massage 10 mintes. do some yogo. have a walk after eating... befor sleep, you can put your leg on the wall, your legs need to cling to the wall for half a hour. be persist!
