how do you quiet the thoughts in your head to get some peace

one of the things that helps me is a little physical exercise.it's doesn't have to be a lot.just 20 minutes of walking 3times a week. it works wonders for me.

i do.i say what i'm doing or voice my ideas and i sometimes read in an undertone to help understand and remember the information.it's like my brain is "open"for sound.when i practise my oral english.i speak loud to myself.

like everyone else,usually closed.that being said,few things are better than having a very passionate/romantic kiss,and opening your eyes to see your s/o so content,sweet,and enjoying you as much as you enjoy them.

in my contury.people just shank hands to express their friendly.if hug, it will take some trouble.hehe.if someone i just met give me a hug,i must be uncomfortable and upset.i will pull back and not allow a hug.
