zman852 I use neither - I just use Pidgin to connect to my multiple IM lists. As for the voice communication, I find it overrated for just chatting.

zman852 I agree with the idea that it is HIGHLY improbable that we are the only living things in known universe. If they have visited earth, I imagine they would be just a bit more clever than we'd expect. I would like to see people's REASONS for not believing that...

zman852 I agree to your speculation about Google buying the technology out, but I don't know for sure. Personally I have the most pleasant results for my searches from Google as opposed to any other search engine.
