To build or not to build

Do you like to build houses and city lots? Or do you prefer to just play with what the game designers gave you? Or do you download houses and lots that other people have built? I really should look into something like Sim City...

zoey0329 I like to design and build houses as i want, and I like enjoy this process, i don't think this is time-wasted thing.
