How much sleep is enough 6 or 8.

Everyone sleeps daily, but how much is enough for good health, how much is more, sleep deprivation will affect our health.

how do u choose the disscusions u respond to ?

i read alot of disscusions daily, and yet i only answer to a small part of them. that makes me ineffiecient i know, but i can't post comments on a disscusion i have no interest for the subject. how do u choose u;r disscusions?...

2tupac2 i think its easy just click on somin some one has riten then read wat they put and add to it and expand it .
