Where is your favorite place to read?

Actually it is in the bathtub, while I take a bath. I also like to read outside if it is a little on the warm side, but not to hot.

I have my spot with my chair...actually a love seat. And one side of the love seat is covered with books I am currently reading! LOL I couldn't read lying down...I'd fall asleep!

i prefer to read either in bed, or while i am in the bathroom.

Currently, my favorite place to sit to read is in my room where there is a little sitting area with a futon in it. I have a little touch lamp that is not too bright. Sitting on the futon with a pillow and big blanket makes it even more cozy! And until my partner gets irritated again with my light and I can no longer read here...here is my current favorite place to be.

I like to read, sitting in a comfy chair at my favourite cafe.

I like to read in bed. I also carry book to the doctor appointments so I can read while waiting.

i like to read on the bed. this is best comfortable to me as i had a backace problem.

My favourite place to read is in teh bath, its the only place I can be perfectly uninterrupted for half an hour, I'll often get another half hour reading in bed after that if its a good evening. I don't get many opportunities to read at other times

my most favourite place is sitting outside on a nice warm spring or summer day reading...in the winter I guess my fav place would be in bed at night when the house is all quiet or during the weekdays while I have the house to myself, then I'll lay on the sofa and read

My favorite place to read in on while I'm on the toilet. It is about the only time I have enough peace and quiet to be able to read. OF course that is not alwasy the case as my family tends to not care if I am on the toilet, they just come on in anyways. But for the most part I am left alone. I even went out and bought a cushioned toilet seat since it is not unusual for me to sit in there for over a 1/2 hour, sometimes even an hour. I gotta do what I gotta do because I am a huge reader, and that seems to work best for me.

That's a good question. My favorite place to read would either be in bed or laying down all relaxed on the couch but I almost NEVER ge to read that way because I have 3 kids running around so usually I have to sit up. There also is a park in Bakersfield (where I live) at the edge of town called Hart Park. It is the most wonderful park here and I would love to spend more time there reading because all you can hear are birds chirping and ducks quacking. Other then that, it's pretty silent. I read everywhere though. In the car while I want to pick up my oldest from school, at dr appointment, etc.

i usully like to read on the bed with my pillows prpped up behind me.i also have a favorite couch which i settle myself on to read for a long time..

i like to read sprawled out on the floor with a cushion under my elbows or on my bed... i dont like reading sat up cuz i get so involved in the book that my face always get closer and its better to be lying down to read (not in a dirty sense i might add) i mean on my tummy

i love to read books when i am alone in my room. i usually read books when i am in bed with pillows around me. i am more comfortable in my bed when reading books.

In my comfy blue recliner in the living room. I often read in bed, but it's a pre-sleep relaxation thing and I rarely get more than a few pages in before I fall asleep. So if I actually want to finish the book eventually, that's not the best place for me to read :-)

i think i prefer ever to be in front of my tele reading the screan or in my bedroom. But not the bed just on my sofa
