Philadelphia dirty?

Philadelphia used to be the capital of USA. But now it's dirty and old. Compared with New Jersey, philadelphia is left behind in terms of the beauty of the area.

561428857 but what about places like Andorra, roxborough(for the most part), chestnut hill and east falls? and thats only Northwest Philly. all cities have their bad parts but the good outways the bad in terms of dirtyness. for the most part, the good outways the bad

I say north philly because the sub way look like sewers

561428857 i think north philly is because there are all thouse abandoned houses and stuff. but parts of kensington and northern liberties and fistown are pretty clean though
