In many of the case what I have noticed is the salary on number of years someone is there in that job. i have seen many senoirs earning more just because they had joined before... no matter how good you are salaries are still on...

ANSHULMAHAJAN thats there but what will happen if the old guys don`t work and they keep chatting in the office and partying all the time. Making a newcommer slog..... i have seen somuch now, they have good relation with the boss which they missuse :(
