As my cousin doesn't have internet, he needs me to download a website and it has to have it's complete options (he doesn't need only a link or a page, like those that the Internet Explorer can save, he needs to save the website)....

bongkarpasang hi egr134, there is a tool to do this. HTTrack Website Copier. just check out http://www.httrack.com/ for more information, I have used this one and I think it works fast. hope this helps. :)
