Pls help me with this one. I have a Personal type of account on paypal and i just requested my first PTC payment worth 5$. Can I receive the money with my current account or I have to upgrade to Premier member?

Arjen07 Thank you for your good info man but I don't think I have to upgrade for any PTC or PTP payments, right? I don't think I will receive money from somewhere else.

Arjen07 Thank you for your response. Btw I have to pay to upgrade my account? I thought any type of account is free but the fees are different.

Arjen07 Thank you very much for your answer. You and lady_shan_17 made my day. And yes, I have my account verified. They took 1.5 euros from my debit card to verify it and now I can't withdraw them back because the limit is 10 euros. So i'm waiting to reach 10 euros...

Arjen07 I totally agree with you. The bad part of a child having a cell phone is that he/she will become addicted to it. Just look around. Kids today are always holding a cell phone in their hand, sending messages, checking if they received messages, it's crazy.

Arjen07 It's not my country the issue . It's the fact that they don't do transactions with my debit card or any debit/credit card(funding or withdrawing).
