Today is Thursday and I fill Thirst for knowledge Thirst for new things. I feel that I am being left out and being old enough for these new technologies and apps. I am afraid that no one will recognize me since all is new.

When you feel stress at work get out of the office and breath fresh air, look at nature and relax your mind. Stressful mind will not give you a brighter idea. Stress makes you older remember that.

Shavkat @Bernabe I know where it is coming from. I was so addicted to it before. I only drink decaffeinated coffee before my classes. Two cups will be fine per day.
