Today I heard a guy say to another your gay and not to say happy gay but man and a man in England people each other names but it's still not allowed to say if someone is gay. Freedom of speech

This is my visit to a art gallery. This painting mesmerised me a lot. I found this man standing infront of this piece for a quite long time and I felt he was lost in thoughts. Do colours make you think?
