Today I am utilizing the 5-4-3-2-1 rule where when you dont feel like doing things such as house work you give yourself a count down and then get to work for 15 minutes...some days laundry and cleaning just gets tiring and boring...

Four Walls @BridgetThompson -- I love meditation. I wish more people would utilize it (but, of course, it's free and doesn't have the side effects that things like Lyrica have). Meditating on the Psalms has helped my pain, my depression, and my anxiety.

Shebullet @BridgetThompson if any animals urinated on the log it is a 100% poisonous that is why i always check if there is an animal dung around lying near the log
