Wati @arunima25 Yes going out should be avoided unless it's not very important however there are more population that lives on daily wages and common people are the ones that suffers mental, physical and emotionally

Wati @Rockstarking non availability of buses and metros is also a concern. For daily commuters who uses taxi's and auto-rickshaws are a concern. With increased petrol price also rise the fares and only two people are allowed to travel.
