I love broccoli. I used to just eat the flowerettes, if that us what they are called. The outside of the stalks are tough, so I cut off the outer part and eat the stalk. There is no waste that way. I don't even count the calories...

Cetz912 hopefully :) but gym is not the only option you have. you can simply walk /jog outside to your housing area.. make it from 10 - 15 mins.. slowly increase the interval :D that's what i did previously.. before my friend bring me to nearby gymnastic.
