CheckNitout I smoke but I never smoke in the car with my children. We don't even smoke in thier when they aren't in there. I honestly don't think it would be a bad thing to enact this law. Those of us that are smart enough not to do aren't gonna be affected by it...

CheckNitout This has actually happened to me twice. I picked it up both times and never looked back. I always wonder if I'm on some hidden camera show that is trying to see if I'm a good citizen but nobody ever chased me down and so I had a good dinner.
