Is there anything more annoying than people who wear their bluetooth headsets 24 hours a day? i mean even in the bathroom they have them on...i mean really get over yourself..no one is that important to have to talk, hands free...

What are yalls favorite ways to get and stay toned? not necessarily RIPPED but just toned or defined? I wanna come up with several different ways to work out to keep my body guessing and not fall into a routine

Did any one else love the Ghost Hunters International shows?

I thought they were pretty good and they saw quite a bit more than they usually do in the states. I also thought the architecture was awesome in the castles in such they investigated. What were your alls thoughts?
