ChristianoManu both are good in their own ways. I do aerobics in the morn and yoga in the evenings. aerobics really brightens up my day,peps me up,the music makes me feel good, in the evenings yoga helps me tune into myself and wind up for the day

ChristianoManu I Just got back from singapore a while back. If you go to the markets like Carrefour or 7-eleven, its pretty cheap. About .50$-1.20$ =)
