My knees are beginning to give me trouble now. It's very painful these past couple of days to go up and down the stairs and nothing seems to relieve it. I've tried motrin, aspirin, topical creams and even my old standby, ginger....

Ciniful That would be one of the name brands, but there's many of them. The name of the product itself is Hot Ice. Kind of like saying take a headache pill ... there's all kinds of different brands, tylenol, ibuprofen, etc ... but they're all still pills....

Ciniful Any drug store will carry it. And yep, it works .. at least for me. On the really bad days, it, at the very least, gives me some relief for an hour or so.

Ciniful LOL I'd go with a Ceasar Salad from a local restaurant here, the Brew Pub. They make the original style Caesar, with anchovies instead of bacon. It's ... um .. to die for, ... no pun intended, lol.
