CorpusVile your bodys probably used to that same amount of calories.. you need to change it up. 2468 works ridiculously well. 200 cal the first day, 400 the second, and so on. it confuses your body and your metabolism speeds way up.

CorpusVile it may not be healthy, but when i want to lose weight i restrict my calorie intake to less that 300-500 calories a day.

CorpusVile i went to a private school for nearly all of primary (elementary) then for all of high school.. private schools definitely ahve better facilities.
