Yogafreak I use green tea bags on my face. It's great for soothing tired skin and adds a glow to the skin if used for beauty products. It's great at removing a tan as well. That's how I use my used teabags. Thanks for these other uses :)

Yogafreak I meditate quite often before sleeping at night. I generally use those guided meditation videos available on YouTube and listen to them through ear phones. They are generally ten fifteen minutes long but can go on for longer. You really should try that out....
