DahliaWallace I take two weekdays off from social media. That helps a lot. I know your feeling. I do that with Facebook.

I hoped to journal every day in 2018. I only journal on the days I feel like. Though I know someday I will make the time to sit down and write everyday soon, I feel writing enables me to think better and also feel better.
