RedRed I am using Social media almost everyday BUT I am not using any social media and phone on Sunday. I really think I need rest from all works or gossip or anything from social media. Just using phone when it urgently but if no, I am really off on Sunday.

Simone Hmm, i havent done that yet. The reason why i’m active on social media is because of my job. If i take a break, i will not earn. I tried it before but not because i did it intentionally but someone from my family died so i had to leave all my gadgets behind...

Pinay Ako A time-waster only IF you do not make money from it. I use social media to MAKE MONEY or PROMOTE businesses NOT to post nonsense drama nor read/watch others' drama.

sweet as honey Oh yes, I think everyone should take a break from them every so often. At times I really just get tired of going on Facebook and I might take a break for a few days or even weeks at a time.

I hoped to journal every day in 2018. I only journal on the days I feel like. Though I know someday I will make the time to sit down and write everyday soon, I feel writing enables me to think better and also feel better.
