scheng1 @DaintyD You have to keep in mind the end objective. That means you have to ask the trainees about their processes, and you can take note of those bad and good processes. Maybe you can work for government to become an auditor too!

Karen Waterson @DaintyD I am the only one that sees my house, and if I choose not to clean it, then so be it, I am not the best housekeeper that is for sure, but hey that is okay, as I am not a professional housekeeper anyway.
