Should I Eat if I am Not Hungry???

I normally love a good breakfast, but lately I'm not even hungry unill well past the normal lunch time. Should I eat anyway? If I don't will it slow my metabolism?

Dameaux9 its usually a good i dea to have breakfast no matter what, because it will keep you going all day usually, only then you should top up, if you feel hungry. when your not hungry and you eat the weight starts gaining if you dont work off the extras. in all...

Its common these days for youngers to disrespect elders which is a very sad thing.Before all used to love and respect their elders.We much respect our elders always.Am i right ?

Dameaux9 i respect my elders, but as for the younger generation, i think its really the way they have been brought up. todays kids are spoilt rotten and not taught about respect, they then think they can get away with everything and get what they want, it really is...
