Denney You say you are so bored.I don't understand.The time is very valubale.It can't return once passing. So I advise you should not waste it. Certainly, there are many ways of killing time .For exemple,play games,take excise and chat in the net.

Denney I have ever fall across this problem. It is not good. I think the reason you can't go asleep is that you are thinking something.Ussually,reading is a good way of helping you go asleep .Or when you go asleep,you think" how comfortable I am ".

Denney Reading is a good habit.But it's inefficient if you read more than 3 hours. Because you will feel tired. Now it is a good idea to have a rest. Then if you feel right ,continue.
