Just an Ordinary Owl? If the offers are not available in your country, you cannot use them. Currently all of the offers are only available to US residents.

Always smiling myLot is kind to those whose first language is not English. Your post seems ok. The only way to be fluent in any language is to speak and write it, listen to English tv channels, etc.
