It is tiresome

In my life I feel like I have always been doing things to make other people happy rather than myself. It gets very tiresome because when I do not feel like doing this one day, they will be angry or upset, wondering "what's wrong"...

EaglesNest2 Remember thru life you train people how to treat you. Everyone (deep down) wants to know what is in it for them. They have collateral... (want to be fed, want to have clean dished, want to use the xbox.. find out what it is and take that away till you...

EaglesNest2 in order to make life more comfortable with no a/c here is our trick: - set the kitchen fridge and freezer to the lowest possible temp - wait till it chills for 1 hour - open both doors of your fridge - put a big floor fan in front of the open doors...

Are crunches the best ab workout?

Hello, many people do thousands of crunches a day and they see no results. Should they contnue to do crunches as the main ab target? please leave feedback, Thank you.

EaglesNest2 i would skip the ab workouts and instead try very low fat, high protein and low carbs for 5 days - lots of water and no bubbly soda/beer.... THEN when your tummy goes down stick with that tight/clean diet and start to tone the muscles... you will c results...
