I've recently cut out gluten, dairy and processed sugar. It's hard! I'm wondering if any of you are experienced. Tips, recipes, etc?!

Erin I've been mostly sticking with food that s not really processed or packaged... meats, fresh veg and fruit.. it's crazy the changes I notice in my body. Weight just melts off .. I have tons more energy and I'm not swollen.
