Does that mean I have violated some rule cause I have been very careful not to do that? I am still floundering around trying to figure everything out and hope I havent done anything wrong on here.

Would more people use drugs or would we just then realize how many were using in the first place? Would the end of the war on drugs allow us more money to help those addicted to hard drugs with more rehabilitation centers? Would...

Should we put all 12 year old girls on birth control?

If we did we would have a lot fewer girls falling pregnant. What do you think? Would this work? Would it lower the pregnancy rate for young teens?

What behavior do they exhibit? My friend has a child who is always out of control even tho the mom does discipline. She has always been a difficult child from day one, she would cry when ever anyone but Mom held her(even her Dad)...
