I have a strict policy on it. If I buy something, makeup, shoes, clothes, mechanical items...anything...and I find that either it doesn't fit well as far as clothes, shoes that hurt my feet within 10 minutes or less of walking...

pinayjade I don't believe in dieting anymore. Because when you reach your goal...you tend to get easy and go back. Yo-yo dieting is not very good for our health. I'd rather have a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and enjoy life.
