Esmy27 Was that the classic pooh or the disney pooh? That would be really great to crochet it all together, I am not great at sewing the arms and legs either.

Esmy27 I bought the pattern for the care bears dolls at Walmart and have seen them at all craft stores. They are really nice.

Esmy27 Actually, our anniversary is coming up this weekend. I think i will take your advice on leaving the kids with grandma. We are so used to taking them everywhere with us, but we need some adult time.

I prefer wood knitting needles, because they are easier to learn with and are warm. However, I like the speed of aluminum (not to mention the click, clack). Wha is your favorite type of knitting needle and why?

Esmy27 I buy cheap too. But if there's something i really like, I will usually use a JOann's or beverly's coupon.

Esmy27 I have not tried the circular needles yet. I have a couple pairs, they intimidate me a little. But I love the warmth of the wood needles.
