recycledgoth I would recommend you wait unitl you have your refund before you leave any kind of feedback. Once you have your refund then you can leave a calm and factual report on the transaction.

hhartung I have been apart of the ebay community for over 3 years and i have only been scammed 2 times. you just have to watch out for people with low feedback. also paypal is the way to go. I always give the seller atleast 14 days before i file a compaint and then...

funnycole I have always used only paypal sellers and i paid for this through paypal. I went ahead and filed a complaint. Thanks for your input. Ebay is such a great thing, I hate for any one person to sour it for the rest of us.

funnycole The tracking number is a great idea, I have been selling also and have never had a non-paying bidder. I am planning on selling a bunch of stuff again and will go that route.

speakeasy If you paid with Paypal and it was over $25.00 you can file a complaint with Paypal and they can put pressure on them. They did this once for me and I "miraculously" received my item. If it is less than $25.00, unless you paid by credit card and can "sic"...
