I just like to share ..... The last two weeks I have only vegetables, eggs, fruits, and I lost 8 pounds. I almost give up on myself and just eating everything what I like.

Study showed women 40+ who's drinking beer their "brains" working better! My friend said, that's the reason she's going out every weekend have a beer with her friends!

I have passion for snake, but I'm very scared when I see they coming close to me! People respect them because snake can hurt or kill people! My chinese sign is snake and I'm very proud of it!
