Xbox 360 Steering wheels

I am trying to find out if there is a steering wheel which is available for the Xbox 360 which you can use without the pedals? Due to health reasons and the layout of my room I am unable to use the pedals very well.

I was just looking at the past discussions of IMVU and it seems that the last one was about 6 months ago. Does this mean that you all no longer use it or have anything to say about it?

A lot of us chat online using various things like chatrooms and 3d chat. What I want to know is if you use 3d chat what programs do you use? I have been known to use Second Life and IMVU.

Cure/help for sore throat

My fiancé seems to have a sore throat which he's had for a couple of days now and is still getting worse. Have tried giving him Strepsil type losengers. Any ideas for a cure or anything to make it even slightly better?
