Have you ever tried Yoga?

I've been doing yoga off and on for about 3 years. I have found it to be one of the best exercises out there. I'd love to learn more about it. Have you ever tried yoga?

I recently began hooping and want to learn some cool tricks. I love to listen to music and hoop, great exercise.

Where I am from in Morgantown, WV I have 3 favorites. There is Casa D'Amici,Pizzeria Italia and Colasessano's (Fairmont,WV). I prefer New York Style myself.
