What's the best supplement for seniors? Are there any that should be avoided because of drug interactions with other meds like those for hypertension etc?

GBGFREEDOM Think of it this way... Vitamin Pills are Sludge (Crude oil) and Liquid Vitamins are (REFINED Oil). As they are both oils, you "Would Not" use sludge. Pills, only about 40% of the pill (once taken) gets digested into your body. From that 40% only about 1/3...
