nowadays doctors become very rich. mabebe they should not focus on profitable activities such as plastic surgery or looking after rich patients and comcentrate more on patients health, no matter how rich they are?

Many gaverments spend vast sums of money on self-defense. I think they should spend the money on reducing poverty and other disadvantages rather than on weapons.To waht extent do you agree?
