I got banned from adsense for reasons I still don't fully understand, but I have a decently successful blog now and would like to earn ad revenue. Any good alternatives similar but better than Google Adsense?

Did you find it disturbing or vital to the rawness of the film? I, personally loved it. I would have hated to be that cop, tied up and knowing what's about to happen. I think my fear of it is what made me enjoy it so much....
