zigzagbuddha I do not believe most people grasp the true concept behind non-resistance. They confuse it with a sort of meek acceptance. We are creators. We create with the power of our minds. What you continually put your attention on draws more of the same thing to you....

shlooper I would also say that many churches do help people feel a community in their spirituality. It is nice to be with other people who have the same belief as you; however, I think that they can be oppressive if they try to force the same beliefs on everyone.
