Dentist has cancelled, again!! This is the second time I have spent £15 to get to the dentist, just for them to cancel my appointment!!! Not very happy now :-(

AmberLynn @Ggsmummy It's funny how they expect us to call 24 hours in advance if WE need to cancel (or we get charged) but if THEY need to cancel, they don't do that. Atleast we have a charge if we don't call and cancel within 24 hours, I don't know how it works over...

Nanette Piotrowski Now is the time to get things under control @Ggsmummy . If you don't it will escalate as the child gets older. You don't want to be a parent who gets beaten up by their own child.
