GloomCookieLex Just leave her alone. Make sure she knows she can come to any of you for anything she may need, but leave her alone. Let her grieve in her own way on her own time-table. My husband died 6 months ago and I'm sick of people telling me how I should grieve him....

GloomCookieLex Nothing changed at all. As far as doubts, I think it's only sane and intelligent to have doubts. Nothing is permanent, nothing is forever. To me, not having a doubt means you except the whole world to simply work itself out, which is just not reality.

GloomCookieLex As someone who is sickly and poor, I have a really hard time decided which is worse. But I think I'd go for great health. Being helpless and useless really sucks.
